I spend most of my day seated but I do weight training 4x a week. (upper lower) I don't get really any steps in so what should I set my activity level to?

I’d select sedentary but then make sure you log your workouts. My apple watch has a workout setting for traditional weight training to track calories burned. You could start there then adjust as needed?0

That would be sedentary. Do log your workouts even though it's not a lot. Oh, don't forget leg day0

I spend my day working at a desk, and I chose sedentary also. I add my exercises individually, and that's been working very well for me.

Another vote for desk job, 4x weight lifting sessions per week, minimal steps (that describes me perfectly), logged as sedentary but recording my gym sessions. I don't bother logging taking the dog for a walk (unless it's a LONG walk) or time spent cleaning the house, even though each has an entry available.0
