Where should I enter water intake?

My food intake syncs from MFP to GC App and watch, but water intake does not. I don't want to enter it twice. Any suggestions?

I'm not sure what a GC App is.

Are you entering your water intake on the MFP diary? If so, that's a good place if you want to track it. Do you suspect you don't get enough water? I don't even bother logging water because I know I get enough fluids from water and other sources.

I suspect GC means Garmin Connect.

I don't think water intake syncs with GC in either direction, so either enter it in both apps, or choose the app where you find it most necessary/useful.

Thanks. That makes sense. In all these years, I'm not sure I even noticed that the Garmin website had a hydration entry, but there it is. I also see it's on the app too, but hidden away in a weird place.

I agree to just pick one if they don't sync. It syncs perfectly for me - it shows zero in all three places

I wouldn’t worry about water intake. If your pee is fairly clear you’ve had enough. So much of the food we eat is mostly water so it’s nearly impossible to be accurate
