Savoury Snack Ideas

Hi all, I have a real "savoury tooth" and rather than always choosing low cal crisps and carrot sticks I wondered if you could spam me with other low cal snack ideas please. Thanks :-)

I'm definitely more savory than sweet. Some of the snacky things I go to aren't necessarily low-cal. Some might not even be considered "snacks." An ounce or two of stinky cheese (120 calories per ounce, or much less for feta) on some crackers. A can of smoked kippers. Oven-roasted vegetables - I'm about to put a French-cut russet in the oven. I tossed with a little sunflower oil, salt, pepper, Aleppo chile, and fresh-chopped rosemary from the garden. Dolmas. Chile-flavored nuts. Nuts in general, but not too many of course. Cottage cheese mixed with nutritional yeast, hot chile powder, and garlic. Braised egg. Oh now I'm hungry....2

Shell on edamame beans cooked from frozen. Hard boiled eggs. Jerky or bilthong. Crudites dipped in hummus or tzaziki. Popcorn with a sprinkle of soy and tabasco.1

A lot of starchy crispy foods sold for deep frying at home crisp up in the microwave without the use of any oil. Pictured is a microwaved poppadom. Asian shrimp chips and even thinly sliced potato work too. If you want a dip for the poppadom, use some no fat yoghurt with a spoonful of store bought chutney stirred in.

I like puppodums (microwaved). Another thing that can be microwaved and puff up is the wagon-wheel shaped pasta para duros. Image below is just to illustrate what these are for people who don't know the name - the ones in the photo are dry/unpuffed. I like to lightly moisten the duros with water (lime juice would also be good), dip in a mix of chili powder and popcorn salt, then microwave until they puff up.
ETA: Another thing that's good dipped in lime juice, salt, and chili powder is raw jicama.1 -

There is the ever-favorite popcorn--but you can season it with all kinds of different flavors.
I love to chop up some petite little red or brown potatoes and cook them in the air fryer.
Pretzel sticks and red pepper hummus.
Make a bowl of cowboy caviar. It's beans, corn, tomatoes, seasoning, sometimes avocado, black eyed peas. No cooking is required. Make one big batch and grab a serving when hungry. Flavor rich, no cooking. Savory and high protein.
I make a big pot of chicken potato soup---then you can store in 1 serving storage. Reheat, eat. You an fridge or freeze it. Quick eats if you heat.
Tortilla pizza---turkey pepperoni, veggies, sauce, mozzarella. Bake on a tortilla. Beginning to end it's about 6 minutes. Quick snack.
