Pork chop question

Bone in center cup pork chop is on tonight’s menu and I’m having trouble figuring out the nutrition. Most entries in the database don’t indicate bone in. In FoodData Central shows “ Pork, fresh, loin, center loin (chops), bone-in, separable lean only, raw”. Feeling sort of stupid here but I don’t know the weight without the bone as it will be grilled with the bone. Thoughts or suggestions welcome. Of course, I can guess but that’s no fun.

Weigh raw, with the bone. Enjoy your food. By grilling (or any preparation) the meat will lose a bit of water and fat, but the bone stays the same. Weigh the bone thereafter and subtract from the raw weight. Log this.0
