I've been having a terrible time sleeping. I wake up in the middle of the night and can't fall back to sleep0

I’ve started drinking just a few ounces of tart cherry juice in the past and it really seemed to help, so I think I may start that up again. It’s the only thing that seems to help me stay asleep at night.2

I sleep great. I make sure I keep my days full and get plenty of exercise though. Also eating carbs before bed seems to give me the energy to have a nice long 7+ hour uninterrupted session.0
