How do I log food in advance?

No matter what I try, it just keeps adding to today. I like to prepare ahead of time. I prep my meals in advance so logging in advance is easiest. Help!

    Website or app?

    From web, go to your food diary. There's a date near the top. It's today. Click the arrow to the right and you'll get to tomorrow. Add your food.

    From the iOS app, go to Log Food. Near the top it says "Today." Tap on the arrow to the right and you'll get to tomorrow. Add your food.

    ^^^100% this. My food diary is already logged through next Sunday! Prelogging is the best way I’ve found to stay on top of things. It helps keep me from buying junk at the grocery store, and reassures me there will always be food on my plate- and around what time and how often I can expect it, since I’m a heavy snacker.
