Indulge in creamy garlic chicken atop al dente Barilla Protein Spaghetti. A savory, wholesome delight with tender chicken and a velvety sauce, garnished with fresh parsley. Satisfying and delicious, it's a must-try! The kids even absolutely LOVED it!!

Ingredients:

-200g chicken breast
-50g (about 1/2 cup) uncooked Barilla Protein Spaghetti
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
-1/4 cup low-fat milk
-1 tablespoon low-fat cream cheese
-1 teaspoon olive oil
-Salt and pepper to taste
-Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Cook the Barilla Protein Spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

While the spaghetti is cooking, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.

Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.

Reduce heat and stir in low-fat milk and cream cheese until the sauce is smooth.

Put the noodles in the pan with the cream and mix together.

Plate the creamy garlic noodles and slice the chicken and serve over the cooked spaghetti.

Garnish with fresh parsley.

I am always creating low calorie high protein meals. More recipes coming!
