Fitbit Exercise Not Syching

I feel like this is a common topic, but I don't see any resolution to it. My Fitbit is synched to MFP. My steps transfer, but my exercise does not. I have used my PC to disconnect the two and then re-establish the connection, but that did not help. This is maddening! I know I can log my own exercise, but I bet that double counts the associated steps and calories. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    I don't use a Fitbit.

    Have you submitted a help ticket? That's what I would do.

    I’m having the same issue. I’ve submitted a ticket as this stopped working since Saturday 27/01/24
