This is my first week back in awhile...trying to each day do 100g carbs, 100g protein and 100oz of water for my first week.

    Welcome back! If you are able to stick to under 100g of carbs, you have more self-control than me! lol Just remember to not get down on yourself if you don't hit your goal numbers exactly each day. A little over here, a little under there, the AVERAGE counts more than any single day.
