Hi! I am a former yo-yo dieter, and I wish to never claim that again!
Just joined MFP, and I am ready to take off 60+ pounds! I know I can do it, I have before, but this time, I plan to exercise, in addition to the lower food intake. I know I must do this to maintain. In the past, I have returned to bad habits, but it's time to get real, look at myself in the mirror, be POSITIVE, and get on with my best life!
