Don't try to make it fast. Try to make it easy - at least relatively easy.
Fast loss is a trap. It's hard to stick with it long enough to lose a meaningful total amount of weight, and it doesn't teach the habits that a person will need to stay at a healthy weight long term. If you ask me, it's maintaining a healthy weight long term, ideally permanently, that's the real prize.
That's my perspective now, approaching year 8 maintaining a healthy weight, after just under a year of weight loss (class 1 obese to healthy weight), and around 30 previous years of overweight/obesity.

Fast is a steady trend of 1 lb a week.
Anything faster = very likely not getting there at all.
You can do that by reducing your TDEE by 500 calories a day. That’s A LOT of calories.
I recommend half that so it feels easier and more enjoyable.

Go slow. When I lost too quickly, my hair started falling out and I lost muscle tone despite using weight machines. Wasn't fatigued, but I did miss losing some of that hair!1
