Has anyone experienced higher weight loss by adjusting macos to a lower carb % and higher fat %? If so what did you adjust them to?

Lower carb means you lose more water, not more fat. It can help with satiation, for some people, so try it if you think it will suit you, but there is no benefit purely for fat loss.3

What lietchie says. If you happen to be a person who doesn't experience more satiation from a higher fat diet then of course this is not the solution for you.1

When I adjusted my macros to 100 g of protein, it made a huge difference in my appetite. Plus maintaining as much muscle mass as possible on limited calories.0
