Why am I not losing weight?

I eat 1500 calories a day but burn 800 calories on the treadmill, why am I not losing weight?

A lot of what I do eat is low calorie protein desserts with a proper breakfast & proper dinner at night.

There are mistakes that people commonly make that cause them to not lose weight that we might be able to spot if you change your Diary Sharing settings to Public. In the app, go to Settings > Diary Setting > Diary Sharing > and check Public. Desktop: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings

Also, how long has it been, and is the treadmilling new?

How much time do you spend on the treadmill? Do you walk or run? Hold onto the handrails? And would you be willing to share your current stats? 800 calories sound like an awful lot. To get this from running outside I'd need to run about 12km in 2 hours. Thus I feel something might be off here with the numbers.

Good point. @neilprivate1234 are you getting the numbers directly from your treadmill? If so, it may be using gross calories. Put your speed and duration into the MFP exercise diary to get net exercise calories.

If no loss in 4-6 weeks then you aren’t in a weekly calorie deficit regardless of how many calories you think you’re burning or how many calories you think you’re taking in weekly.

How long have you been at it?
    How often do you weigh?
    Current height and weight?
What is your weight change to date and that's from when to when?
How do you estimate your calories?

Every point discussed in the posts above is correct under many circumstances but may or may not be relevant or applicable to your individual ones depending on your answers
