Keto to Carinvore
Options
I am trying to switch from keto over to carnivore because of all the extra health benefits it seems to offer. However, every time I eat beef it sits on my stomach for hours. Trying to increase my stomach acid to better digest beef. Thus far have only been able to incorporate poultry, seafood and eggs. Has anyone else had trouble digesting beef and what have you tried to improve it?
