Looking for my older trends
Hello
about this time last year I was on a roll I lost a total of 35 pounds. I have not totally fallen off the bandwagon, but I do need to start again. Starting weight 192 current weight 162. I was doing calorie counting which worked so great for me. Is there an easy way to go back and see what I was doing? Without going day by day? Like is there a way to do a range?

On the PC version at least, when I go to the food diary section to log, there is a little calendar icon next to the day/date. This seemed to let me select a particular day and year.
Welcome back, Hope this is what you were after.0
