Home Made Electrolytes

Which flavor, salts and ratio would you use?
I tried 1:2 Sodium : Potassium.
28 oz gives 380 mg sodium and 760mg Potassium.
Seems to fire my jets, but what's the risks of wrong dosing?

Depends on how wrong the dose is. Mostly it would just make expensive pee.

Yeah, expensive pee. And depending on how this ratio works for you, your body might excrete salt while holding back potassium, or the other way around as both work opposite each others.

I would look at the composition of (reputable) commercially available electrolyte tablets to avoid problems.

I throw a chicken carcass in slow cooker every few days, that's supposed to good for electrolytes.
