Insanity Month 2- Help

I'm on day 2 of Recovery Week. I was just curious how much more intense month 2 gets. My weight now is 153 & my goal weight is 140-145.
Are the workouts longer? The same as month one but more reps? Any help is appreciated.

    Oh you are in for a nice surprise..

    Longer workouts, longer intervals, harder moves.. have fun... you will see some old moves from month 1 but a bunch of newer more intense stuff.

    This. The length was the biggest change for me - after the warm-up/stretch you basically still have 45 min to go.
  • It's def more intense!! You got this!!! You will get to your goal in no time, just stick with it, its only 1 month!!!
