Im still learning nutrition. How do I get feed back on my logs, for my fitness goals?

    What kind of feedback are you looking for?

    It will be impossible for anyone to provide any feedback until/unless you make open your diary (set Diary Sharing to "Public" under "Settings."

    And it would also help if you provided sex (Sorry, Shawn, but no profile photo 😬), age, height, current and goal weights, activity setting and how much and what type exercise you do, if it’s not recorded to your diary.

    Otherwise, just pulling numbers out of our bums when looking at anyone’s diary.

    If someone who didn’t know me looked at my diary to give advice, they’d have a heart attack. Or assume I was fixing to have one myself, lol.

    My sodium level alone would blow most folks mind unless they knew I did a lot of hot mat classes and sweat it all out.

    Everything has context, ya know.
