Hi Everyone! 17 years ago I weighed 140. I gained 60 pounds with my first daughter and kept it on after I had my son. I lost all of it 7 years ago and gained most of it back after having my 3rd and final child. She just turned 4 so I am more than ready to get this excess weight off. I started at 200.8 last March and am at 191.2. My goal Weight is 140 and once I do i am going to reward myself with my first tattoo!

Welcome to MFP forums!
My wife has been hinting for years she wanted to get her first tattoo when our youngest turned 18. That's now less than 2 years away, and she has yet to finalize her decision about what to get. Do you have one in mind?0 -
Welcome!
It sounds like you're off to a good start, down a few pounds over the past year.
This "race" really is won by the slow and steady, IMO - establishing new routine habits that are relatively happy, relatively easy (on autopilot) is a good way to reach and - perhaps more importantly - stay at a healthy weight long term, ideally permanently. To me, reaching goal weight isn't the finish line . . . staying at a healthy weight is. (I'm in year 7+ of maintaining, so far.)
I'm cheering for you to succeed: IME, the results are worth the effort!1 -
My mother passed away a year ago, so I want to put her favorite number on me, I just don't know where to put it. I also want to get my kids' birth flowers somewhere as well.1
