Hi, I've noticed some foods don't have all the information like the amount of salt or sugar or fiber. How can you correct this?

If you have the nutrition information of the food, you can add a new food and input the accurate information for yourself. Most of the food in the database are inputted by users ( to my understanding) so they may not have the nutritional information.0

The MFP database is mainly crowd-sourced, so you're pretty much at the mercy of whatever information the original creator had, or prioritized. For incorrect entries, you can edit some items and add the correct info, or as the poster above mentioned, you can create a new food.
Also, since you mentioned salt--MFP tracks sodium, not salt. I know that's a difference outside the US.0 -
You can click "no" where it asks you if the information is correct and you will often (on the website) or occasionally (on the app) be given the option to edit information.0
