My first time in this app I need help with how to use the app and also can I know which program is good for me ?

    Go through the guided set-up to get your daily calorie goal.

    Log everything you eat and all drinks with calories (no need to log water, black unsweetened tea or coffee, diet soda).

    Read the "sticky" threads at the top of the discussion forums.

    Ask specific questions about specific problems in the forums.

    Do you mean programs on MFP? I think those only exist on the premium (paid) version. People on the discussion boards will gladly offer advice if you either ask a specific question or give us details on your stats (height, weight, age, gender, physical activity) and goals.
