Goal is to drop 12% body fat!! I'm combining this app with my garmin.

    Welcome!

    What are you doing to lose 12% body fat? What will your body fat be when you get to your goal? Is it reasonable? How long are you planning to take?

    I'm at 27% body fat at the moment. My goal is 15%. I think it will take around 4 months. What is helping is tracking food and resistance training. I think its a challenging and tough goal.

    That IS a challenging and tough goal. In fact, it might not be realistic, certainly in such a short time frame. By increasing muscle mass, even if you don't reduce fat mass, your fat percentage will decline just by the numbers. Losing fat obviously will also help.

    Note, though, that too fast of a rate of fat loss (too high of a deficit) can result in the loss of more muscle mass than you'd like.

    What's the rush?
