I've been on MFP for years but have totally slipped off the wagon over the last few years. In 2014 I lost over 20kg using MFP and fitbit and starting to go to the gym. As for a lot of people the last few years meant I stopped going to the gym and then couldn't get back into it.
This year was a new start. The aim is to get fitter and healthier, weight loss is hopefully going to be a bi product but is not the main aim.
Let's see how this year goes! My husband finally managed to convince me to go to the gym today for the first time in 4 years so that's the start hopefully!
Looking for people to add as friends to get motivation!

Welcome back!
Now that you're here, what strategies are you incorporating to get to your goals? Going to the gym is great for fitness; for losing weight you have to start in the kitchen and create a calorie deficit. The good news is that it works!0
