Apple fitness

How can I log these workouts to synch with my Apple Watch and Apple phone? I typically weight train for 2 hours a day 6 days a week and do bicycling 3 days a week. I would like to see that show from here onto my Apple Watch and Apple phone. Otherwise it says I’m UNDER activity goal while I have the resting heart rate of an Olympic athlete and the body of a pro athlete as well. You would think I’m lazy and out of shape from the data I’m seeing… help and advice please

A good place to start when you have this kind of issue is the HELP feature.

When I go there and search for "Sync Apple Watch," it points me to a set of instructions.

I don't have an Apple watch. I hear there are some sync issues with them.

I have an Apple watch and iPhone. I don't even bother trying to synch them with MFP (obviously they synch with each other). Rather, when I log in each day I simply record my calorie expenditure from the prior day as Apple Calories and leave it at that. I lift weights and do cardio daily, for Apple Calorie purposes I lump them all together. Enjoy!
