6. Just a little about me: I’m 66, retired and married. I have lost 40 pounds and gained it back. I would like to establish more healthy habits that support sustained weight loss. I am in a gardening group, a weight loss online lifestyle group and am very active with babysitting my granddaughters and caring for my disabled brother. Good luck JFT!!
