App not allowing me in to premium

I don’t know how to get back to open premium I’m trying to pay and the free trial won’t allow me access to the premium. Please help me sort this out

Click on HELP and search there. If you don't find an answer, submit a support ticket.

If you are on the free trial, maybe you have to wait for it to end before you pay? Or maybe if you told it to cancel the free trial, it's waiting until tomorrow or something to reset the time clock?
