I opened this challenge in this format so not to have to reopen a challenge every month -anyone can hop in at any time and we keep going till we achieve our weight loss and maintenance. You can remain here as long as you wish!
Iβve done this before and itβs very successful as a group! -so we support each other and check in and help each other remain accountable !
Goal is to try and lose up to 10 pounds per month. Average is 1-2 pounds a week but some people may lose more because of various reasons (water retention etc). We focus one week at a time! We regroup in the discussion thread every month!
In order to lose weight you need to eat better and increase physical activity-so letβs do it!
Also, If anyone has ideas to share or needs support you can do so throughout the week in the comments!
1. Accept the challenge by copy/pasting the paragraph below with current dates.
2. Weigh-in yourself every Sunday of the week. You can log and share your weight but you donβt have to. What you share are the pounds lost.
3. Try and use Fitnesspal Diary to log your food within your fitness goals.
4. Try to increase physical activity goals ie can be anything more walking. Main goal is to progress.
5. Remain positive, have fun and celebrate every step towards a healthier YOU! β€οΈ
