Back...AGAIN 😁

Hello! I am a wife and mom of 4 hoping to live healthier for God, myself, and my family. I have made some big changes in 2024 so far. I am trying my best to keep my calories under 1,500/day, only eating one reasonable sweet on Saturdays and Sundays, and fasting one day per week. In January I lost TEN POUNDS!! πŸ™Œ I couldn't believe it! The results were so good, I'm not changing a thing in February. I will weigh again March 1st.
I look forward to being inspired by everybody! WE CAN DO THIS!!
