Hey all, new here, trying to figure out how to add friends, awful with technology. Here to follow a better diet for someone with high cholesterol. Looking to meet others. I’m a Detroit guy, my poor Lions.

    Welcome to the MFP forums, @dtigerfan23! Shame about the Lions collapsing in the second half, but considering they started a couple years ago 0-10-1, I'd say they've made amazing progress in such a short time! So can you! (See what I did there? lol)
