Tools to form new habits and stop procrastinating

I wasn't quite sure which board was more appropriate...

For weight loss and subsequent maintenance, creating new habits is often a key step to success. But not just for weight loss, also in other areas of life.

I've managed to lose weight despite being a chronic procrastinator, but find myself not getting ahead in other areas of my life. I'm using the app Finch currently, with minor success, and I've also downloaded Habitica. Do you have any other - preferably free - tools (apps or other tools) or tips that you recommend to get things done and stop procrastinating?

I bought 2 procrastination books months ago.
    Haven’t read them yet 🤣

But our local library has online e book borrowing. There are many books on such subjects. Maybe try there.
    Good luck

Ha, I have one at home, Eat that Frog. Haven't read it yet 😄 perhaps I need to 'inception' it - use my app to push myself to read the book on procrastination 😆
