Hiding vegetables

I steamed cauliflower then mashed it with a fork before mixing it in my mashed potatoes. Hides it perfectly, can’t taste it or see it🤣

    It didn't taste like fart? That's what cauliflower taste like to me.

    You can hide zucchini finely chopped into meatloaf or meatballs, with minimal farts…

    You can also steam brussel sprouts….
    If you don’t care about any fart factor…
    You may hide those, or not. It will be up to you. 😊

    Brussels sprouts were one of those veggies that I said I never liked but then actually tried. I hide it with spritzes of I Can't Believe it's Not Butter and some type of seasoning tho :)

    Beets were another but I really did end up not liking those.
