I’ve been a Premium member for a few years. My $49.99 auto renewal did not process and my premium access has stopped. Via the app the cost of renewing is $129.99. I’m having no luck with the help centre/contact us options. How can I get this sorted?

How did reaching out to the link above work for you? Because I’m having the same problem. I have paid for premium, but my account on the app shows no record of it. My renewal happened on exactly the same date that you posted this.1
