How do you find out how many calories you should be taking in on a day

    The app/site will tell you if you use the goal setting part of it. The number of calories it gives is what you are to eat.

    You start with what the app says you have to be careful though as you want to be correct with the activity category as you don’t count your exercising in that, it’s strictly your lifestyle outside of the gym, bike, etc.

    Be careful not to figure too many calories burned in exercises as that will result in telling you to take in too many calories.

    Be sure to be as accurate as possible with your calorie counting and tracking.

    After 6 weeks check your progress or lack of it and adjust calories from there as needed.
