App and Website not in sync

I am having this problem, mainly with carbs. My app says I have eaten 85/108g of carbs, website says I have eaten 106/108g of carbs. I double checked to make sure I have all the same entries on both app and website so I have no idea what the problem is. I even clicked "sync" in the app hoping that would fix it. Any ideas?

The app calculates NET carbs, the website does not (for some odd reason).0
