Track it any way that is convenient or makes sense to you.
You could change the names of the Meals, too. Some people have their FOOD diary page set to times, i.e. instead of "Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks" they have "12AM-3AM, 3AM-6AM, etc."0 -
I put
Breakfast 4PM
snacks
Lunch 2AM
more snacks
Before bed dinner
Then I added the time tag to keep it accurate
On days when I'm living in the day I can log like other people.
At work I log my days on a single page but when it goes past midnight I just have to go back to the previous day.1 -
The categories in my food diary are only meaningful to ME. You can make up any categories that make sense to YOU. Mine are:
- Coffee Time
- Daytime Foods
- Good Evening
- How to Categorize
- Intentionally Left Blank
- Mine goes to Eleven

I do intermittent fasting on night shift, it seems to be the best way (for me) to lose weight on night shift.
I use breakfast for for my first meal of the day around 630pm.
Snacks for post workout protein. Around 10pm.
And then my last meal dinner is at 2am.
I will log all of my food before midnight because the food log switches over at midnight. This is helps me not eat before bed, Kuz I don’t wanna edit my food log.1
