Getting help with crunchy shoulder blade

The shoulder blade is crunching against chest wall crepitus think it’s called when joints crack
In the rhomboids area when push shoulder back it grinds like bone on bone but doesn’t hurt it’s just extremely irritating
Tried so many exercises strengthening serratus anterior infraspinatus thoaric foam rolling
Posture correcting scalpula reset pinches it’s exhausting
If it’s the bursa under the blade why isn’t it healing

If it doesn't hurt, there are other things that can cause sounds when cartilage surfaces rub together, ligaments moving across bones, and that sort of thing. What does your doctor say, or a physical therapist? If it's stressful or problematic to you, IMO it's worth following up with a relevant professional. Even a good massage therapist or similar bodyworker may have insights.

I'm kind of old (68) and a bunch of stuff makes noises. Heck, some stuff just regularly hurts, even, at this point. If it's not burning any bridges (based on what the relevant professionals tell me), I mostly just try not to let it bother me. But I do check in with doctors or relevant others about anything new and worrisome.

I hope you can figure it out: Best wishes!
