Hello everyone! As is usual with these posts, I'm new to MFP and am so excited about it. For now....
I am 36 year old male from THE U.S. Currently rocking in at 278 pounds of lean mean desk sitting managerial machine. My goal weight is 198 just so I can say I'm under 200 and use all the dang camping chairs.
I've been everything from the scrawny kid running Cross Country and track in high school, to an Active soldier, to the place where I am now. Ready to get back closer to that active duty bod. Anyone wanna come along?!?

Welcome!
Set some good goals. Make them specific. Give them deadlines. Make them tough, but not too tough. You want to be able to achieve them.
Use the time you're losing to your goal to build good habits that you'll stick with. Oh. Yeah - stick to it!0
