Is there a way to see which of your posts and comments are getting likes? Can you see who liked them?

You can't see who, but you can see the numbers:
- click on your profile picture at the top right hand corner, and then click on the larger version of it that appeared: you'll see your MFP forum profile where you can scroll down and see how many likes, insightfuls,... in total
- you can also click on your own username (or anyone else's username) in a topic and then click on 'view profile'
- click on the specific type of reaction to see which posts they were given on1 -
If you’re using the iOS app, go to the dashboard and click the bell in the top right corner.
That gives a chronological list of anything that’s happened on your feed, including who liked what.
