I do not see much vegetables and fruit.
Also, i see a lot of snacky type food.. maybe you need some more solid food like meat and potatos errr. vegetables type solid food. if i eat too much snacky food i feel kind of deflated like i haven't had a decent meal all day and it can leave me unsatisfied. Even though those are good choices, maybe you need a plate of food, maybe a salad with some baked chicken on it which might make you feel fuller.0
