Tired of Not Being My Best

Hi All!
Just starting out here and wanted to write down my goals, not just think them. I’m tired of my joints hurting and my blood pressure being out of control. I know if I lose weight (28 lbs is my goal) I can help both of those things, feel better AND have more energy to enjoy my life.
I’ve started this journey so many times. I’m determined that this trip will be different.

I can relate! July 31 2023 I was 30lbs over-weight and feeling like crap daily.
Got my eating and alcohol consumption under control and dropped the excess weight by end of October 2023.
Feeling like a new man these days!
If I can do it anyone can...1 -
Before I lost the weight, knees hurt constantly, stairs were a nightmare. After dropping 50lbs, pain almost completely disappeared and stairs were no longer a chore.
