Water retention
I drink 64 oz of water plus each day. I have been consistently doing this for years. Lately I am retaining a large amount. There has been a lot of stress lately, way more than usual. I know what to avoid. How do release the water quickly, it’s beginning to hur:

How much is 64 oz of water? - genuine question, I am used to metric litres.
How do you know you are retaining water|? ie what symptoms or suchlike are you basing this conclusion on?-
If you are really retaining a large amount of water you need to see a doctor0 -
@paperpudding
Water retention that 'is beginning to hurt' sounds like a medical issue to be addressed quickly by going to a doctor!0 -
So OP is drinking nearly 2 litres a day.
So, about the standard recomended amount.
Agreed, if this is a new issue or is hurting or otherwise symptomatic see a doctor.0
