It's like I've hit a wall

I started on MFP Jan 2, 2012. Since then I've dropped 52 lbs. That was all lost in 2012! In 2013 I have managed to stay the same weight, but unable to break out of the 150's.

It's like I have completely hit a wall. I know what works and I know what I need to do... I'm just not doing it!

I'm not gaining - so that's great, but I would still like to lose around 20 lbs!

Has this ever happened to anyone? Did you overcome it? If so, how?
