Does anybody have a phone number for a human at My Fitness Pal Support? Been trying to cancel for at least 5 years. Still paying, though.
Their computer replies direct the subscriber to Apple, but this is just a ruse.
Please help.

    I would call your bank and have them put a block on the transaction so it doesn’t come out from your account again.

    I had a similar issue with a subscription once (not My Fitness Pal, though), and after months of trying to cancel through their support channels with no luck, I went straight to my bank and requested a chargeback.

    That finally stopped the recurring payments. Reaching out on Twitter also helped get their attention faster, sometimes tagging the company gets them to act faster than sending emails or trying their app support.

    I’ve been simplifying stuff like this when I travel too. For things like being connected abroad, I’ve switched to using eSIM Plus because I can manage everything right in their app and avoid dealing with local carriers or support headaches.
