Link from Egym App to MyFitnessPal doesnt do anything

in MyFitnessPal Tech Support Questions
From my EGYM App I went to "Connected Apps". I enabled the MyFitnessPal option and entered my MyFitnessPal login information. The MyFitnessPal box is now checked, but nothing else is happening when I do workouts.

    This is the first time i've ever heard of this app, so I would be very surprised if they were one of our supported partners. If they are not a supported partner on https://www.myfitnesspal.com/apps, then we unfortunately cannot provide support for any integration issues you run into.

    My YMCA uses Egym. I wish you would make the effort to become aware of it.

    How can egym have a user interface and login to MyFitnessPal app without y'all knowing? Via public API?
