The lost has returned

I have been gone a long time, since I have been gone, I ended being diagnosed with severe gerd, I’m still going through testing. I ended up on the B.R.A.T diet for 2+ months, I lost 25 pounds, and I feel great. I’m sitting at 207 pounds, and I don’t want to go back to the weight I was at. I’m consulting with a personal trainer, he suggested I join my fitness pal. I want to lose another
42 pounds that will put me at 165, I am 100% committed to whatever it takes to make that happen.

    Welcome back!

    What it takes is sticking to it. You have to build good habits and make them part of your life. You can do it if you want - just keep after it.

    Welcome to the app! I deal with some pretty chronic GERD as well and can’t get through the day without some omeprazole. Anyways, I glad you’re a part of the community, and good luck with your weight loss goals.
