I’ve done every diet under the sun I lost 4 stone for my wedding in 2022 with slimming world but gained most of it back can’t get my head into SlimmingWorld now 🙈🙈 my friend suggested I try calorie counting I’ve no clue where to start

I’m currently 14st 5lbs
I do 10,000 steps a day
I want to be 11st 5lbs
I’m 5ft 4in

My friend said to me I should be on 1600 calories a day is this right

Looking for help & advice to make sure I lose this weight

    Start by putting all your stats into the MFP profile setup. Set you weight loss goal for .5 or 1 pound per week. Try the calories they give you, being catmreful to track everything you eat, for a month. If you start losing weight, continue on. If you don't lose weight, decrease your calories a bit more.
