How to understand Macros (g) vs Macro goals

I'm confused. On my home page I see the three circles for carbs/fat/protein. At this point in the day I have (for example) 82g of protein left. But if I tap on those circles, it goes to the Nutrition/Macros screen. There it says I'm over my goals, which means I shouldn't have any protein grams left to get. How do I understand these two things?

The first screenshot shows the absolute amounts, which you have not reached yet.
The second one shows the relative percentages of what you've consumed so far, which will always add up to 100, no matter how much or little you've consumed.1

Looks like you're looking right after lunch with half the day still to go. Maybe before lunch. As you continue to eat, your protein to total calories is great, but you might want to look for less fat, higher carb foods to meet your macros. They're just trying to show you that in 2 completely different ways.1
