New to MFP

Hello! I’m new to MFP and am trying to lose a lot of weight through aerobic exercise and a more controlled diet. My starting weight is 409lbs 2 weeks ago and am down to 394 today. My goal weight is 200lbs. I could use all the motivation I can get. Feel free to add me!
