Locked out of MyFitnessPal premium account.

I logged out, when I tried to log back in it would not accept my password. I went through the steps to reset my password. I have not received a reset to my email and when I asked to send it to my phone, I am not getting a code either. I am extremely frustrated to say the least. I keep trying to reach Customer Support, but it just keeps referring me to troubleshooting and it’s not answering my question. I don’t know how to uninstall and reinstall my premium app.please help!
