It's my first day! πŸ‘‹
I've been ill with long covid for 2 years, and giving up running, swimming and pilates has been so hard. My jeans don't fit well and I always used exercise to sort out my weight and stress levels. I'm looking to find healthy meals to start with and very gently build up my exercise again, with help from a physio. And from you!!
